Athabasca Glacier, climbed in an Ice Explorer, is one of three glaciers on the Columbia Icefields. The Columbia Icefields is the largest ice mass in the Rocky Mountains and straddles the Great Divide, part of the British Columbia border and portions of Banff and Jasper national parks.
